Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after 7 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post.
- Contact your bank for any processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange:

- Send your item to {physical address}
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return.
- If not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- Send returns to: Vendor store address
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- Shipping time for exchanges may vary based on your location.
- For high-value items, consider trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
