Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after 7 days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank for any processing delays.
  4. If still unresolved, email us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange:

  • Email us at {email address}
  • Send your item to {physical address}

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Send returns to: Vendor store address
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • Shipping time for exchanges may vary based on your location.
  • For high-value items, consider trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
