Shipping Policy
At Lili Hair&Beauty, we strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lili Hair&Beauty. If you are not happy with your item, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, as outlined in our Refund Policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item must be returned in unused, original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, and new shipping costs for the exchanged item will apply.
